Lime rich, with intense citrus fruit flavours, supported by a near cutting crystalline minerality, floral hints,, plenty of spice, and a sharp savoury note. It feels quite glossy and concentrated, a little slick of fruit sweetness but that’s tempered by saline minerality and tightening citrus fruit characters.
