Pale Yellow in colour with intense, fresh lemony citrus on the nose. The palate is simply put amazing for such a young Hunter Sem. The palate is intensely citrus yet delicate, with lingering minerality and purity. The finish is already incredibly long. This is a masterful vintage for Hunter Semillon, classic in every way.
